As your coach, it is my responsibilty to not only put you through safe and efficient workouts, but to also teach you a skill: The skill of proper exercise execution. The more we understand the why behind performing an exercise, the more effective it will be.

Recurring monthly billing; $175 per hour.
30 day billing cycle; $195 per hour.

* If a client a client cancels with 24 hours notice that session will roll over to the following month if not rescheduled. If a client late cancels or no shows the session will be forfeited.
